DO NOTHING. It will take some time or the IRS to fix the problem.
So you had 1400 on line 30 that you already got? The IRS will automatically adjust it for you and either reduce your refund or send you a bill. It will delay your return. You don't need to amend for that.
And by the way it was not added to your earned income. It is not taxable and you are not paying it back. It was added as a credit on line 30. Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.
