Can I refile my taxes because I think I’m not getting it right because my balance is showing 0$ and I haven’t receive any tax refund before so can I get a help ??

Did you already file?  Was it Accepted?  You can check your efile status here,

If you already filed you can not refile.  You would need to amend it to fix anything.  Where is it showing 0?  If Turbo Tax is showing 0 at the top  maybe you clicked on Amend to get back into your return?  When you amend it resets it to zero.  You should not amend until the first return is done processing and you got the first refund.  

If you already clicked Amend maybe you need to undo that.  How to cancel or undo an Amended return

Oh and the IRS is taking a very long time this year, like 6 months or more.  So if you efiled keep waiting and be patient.
