Can I print my last year taxes without paying extra. If I can't this will be my final year dealing with Turbo Tax

If you used the Free version last year, you had until Oct 15th to download or print a copy for free.  

Now that you've passed that window, you need to pay for access or have used a paid version for 2018 tax return preparation.

I had until October 15  for what year.  I'm not paying extra for something I've been using for 9 years

The year you filed the return...so if it was last years return you filed in April 2108 using the Free version, you had until Oct 15 2018 to save or print a copy of the return for free.  

If you used a Paid version, you should still have access to prior year returns and print them for no extra cost.
