Or....are you asking if you can pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund?   If so, be aware that choosing that option entails an extra refund processing fee; your refund goes first to a third party bank.  That bank takes out your TT fees and then sends you the rest of the refund.  Many users have reported problems with using this service.   If you use a closed or wrong bank account when you enter your banking information, it leads to delays that can take months.  Be careful if you use refund processing.
