Can I pay my Turbo Tax for 2018. I need to change the number of my Wellsfargo Debit card and expiration date currently in the system. Help me with this procedure

The information on file for my Visa Debit card is not current and is expired. The system currently does not allow me to update the information. Please help. I need to update inorder to pay 2018 Turbo Tax.
