Can I negate request to use Refund Processing Service? My refund has been delayed and IRS can't say when it will be processed.

I chose Refund processing because I thought it would be easier. My refund was challenged, so now it's been since Jan 31 that I filed. IRS says they don't know why I was challenged in the first place, and I can't wait for my refund to go thru the processing bank. I need the refund now, so I repeat my question, can I cancel the request to use your banking service?
