Can I manually enter the data from the hardcopy return into Turbotax 2018? I have a copy of Turbotax 2018, but had my return prepared by an accountant. If so, how?

Yes.  Switch to Forms Mode and open each form.  You can override the amounts.  If you get it in correctly so it matches the real filed return you can use it to amend or to transfer into 2019.  Be sure to backup and save the data file frequently.    It ends in .tax2018.
