Can i have it sent to same pre-paid Visa card as last year?

If you want your refund sent to a pre paid card you already have in hand then yes you can ... however ...

1) check with the card administrator to see if they still accept IRS refunds at this time of the year & what is the limitations on the amount

2) you will enter the card's routing & account number for the deposit as if it was to a checking account

If the card is active and you know the routing and account numbers then you can have the tax refunds deposited on that card.
