Yes, but you will need to know the account number and routing number for the card.

If it is a NetSpend Card here are instructions.

You can link your current NetSpend Card using these two steps:

Select the direct deposit option to receive your refund when filing your taxes.
Enter your NetSpend Prepaid Card routing and account numbers in the designated fields, and choose “Checking” as the account type.
