Not sure what you are referring to. But gifts you gave to other people are not deductible on a tax return. What are you trying to do?

I loan pepole money because they asked for help and needed it and I never got it back from them not a cent

You have not provided any details so we don't know if you are talking about loaning a few dollars to someone or if you are talking about large sums of money you loaned out.

Not sure if what you are describing will qualify as a non-business bad debt, but read this previous reply about bad debts.
