Can i get some help tracking my card that holds my return money, and not get the run around, Please?

It has already been sent, i would think. I was told days ago my card is loaded, and on the way.

Call (888) 285-4169.  Select Option 1, then 2.

No money goes on the card, though, until the IRS or state actually issues the refund.

Thank you Sweetie Jean. Ill call. The monies have been released for days. The email saying my card  is on its way was sent almost a week ago. Another email the same day said the card is loaded with both refunds. So im more than fristrated. I do however,very much appreciate your taking the time to respond with what sounds like a good tac to take. Have a wonderful weekend. DOROTHY F.
