Can I get my money back for filing the State Refund Tax if It shows me getting $0 back?

The TurboTax account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.  They are not based on whether or not you will receive a tax refund or have taxes owed.

No.  The fee is for the use of the program to complete a return no matter what the bottom line ends up being. Once paid the online fees are non refundable.

Okay thank you! Do I still have to send it in? It says ready to mail but it doesn’t say where to.

If you chose to print and mail the tax return the address for where to mail will be on the Filing Instructions page when the tax return is printed out for mailing.
