It is not clear exactly what you did. Here is what you should have done:
If you e-filed a federal tax return and left out a W-2, you should have waited for the original return to be fully processed by the IRS, and then you should have prepared an amended return using a Form 1040X to add that missing W-2. You should also amend the state return so that all of your income is reported to the state.
To amend your 2024 federal return:
Wait until your original return has been fully processed before you amend, and make sure you have saved a pdf of the original return before you amend. (If you do not save it as a pdf, the amended return will overwrite the original, and the original will be lost forever)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return -
CURRENT YEAR
Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

To amend a state return:
As @xmasbaby0 stated, you should first check to be certain that your original return has been processed: refund received or payment processed, before starting to amend.
You can check the status of an amended return around 3 weeks after you submit it, at this IRS webpage. You should generally allow 8 to 12 weeks for your Form 1040-X to be processed. However, in some cases, processing could take up to 16 weeks.
See this article and this one for more information on filing an amended return with TurboTax.
