Turbo Tax only sells the last 3  years (so 2019-2021).  You can buy them  here.  You need a full windows or Mac computer to install it on.  https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

For older  years you need to go to a local tax place or fill out the forms by hand for free.  Here is a link to prior year IRS forms,

And so you know ahead of time---any refunds for tax years earlier than 2019 have been forfeited.  Even if your tax forms for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 show a refund, the IRS will keep it--you cannot receive those refunds.  However, if you owe tax to the IRS, you will have to pay, and they will bill you for interest and late filing penalties after they receive your tax forms and your payment for the amount shown on the form.

It might be better for you to seek local paid tax help in a situation when you are several years behind in filing your tax returns.  Do you even have all of the documents you will need to enter and show your income—like your W-2’s and any 1099’s?

Tax returns for any years earlier than 2022 cannot be e-filed; they must be sent in by mail.   Do not mail different tax years in the same envelope.  Mail each year in its own envelope.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

Remember to prepare your state returns as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
