Can I get back to finsh my return I needed extra info and now have it?

You can get back to your return that you started preparing using TurboTax Online. You will need to log back in using the same log in information that you used to create your account.

It sounds as if you may have more than one account with TurboTax Online. If you do, you may be in a different account than the one you used to file your tax return.

To find out if you have more than one TurboTax account, sign out of the account that you are currently in and sign in here: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ , enter your email address, and click Continue to get an e-mailed list of all accounts tied to that email.
