Can I get a refund for tax return done last year through TurboTax that never went through? I paid for TurboTax and never received my refund. What can I do?

However, I never received a dollar. What's wrong? What do I do now for this year's tax return in order to fix this situation that I'm in?

These show as accepted by New York so the returns were submitted by TurboTax.  You will have to contact New York to find out where your refund is.  You should have received a letter if there was a problem.

Thanks for the swift reply...So I will get ahold of NYS in regards to that. How about the Federal Refund though? I didn't receive anything from them as well. Also, I paid TT for the self-employed package which was around $181.

And ask the IRS for federal.  The returns did go through, they show Accepted.  Maybe the IRS or state adjusted your return.  Were you suppose to get a check or direct deposit?  Were you having the fees deducted from your federal refund?  That has been holding up federal refunds.   I would check your bank account to see if you missed a deposit, especially from state.   Oh, and double check the bank and routing number on your returns with your bank.  Maybe it got entered wrong.
