Can I get a loan towards my taxes now

No--not from TurboTax.   There are no loans available from TT.   During the past several tax seasons, TurboTax has had advance refund loans during the tax season in January and February, but the loan has to be offered to you and you do not get any money until the IRS accepts your e-file.
