To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

My Turbo Tax case number was [removed].  Your software told me that the return was good to go but soon after submitting the return I discovered that there was an error.  I had omitted a portion of my income on the IRS return which I showed on the State return.  I was told I would have to wait for the return to be approved before I could submit an amended return.  The tax return was approved and I received a tax return.  From that point on I received no help from Turbo Tax and finally resorted to paying a local firm to resubmit my taxes .  I sent the money back to the IRS I now need a copy of the return you filed for me in order to correct some questions from the IRS.    Please respond to Arthur [PII removed] [email address removed].
