The date shows for receiving a refund on the TurboTax Tax Home website is only as estimate.

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

What is the status of your federal tax refund on the IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Also, did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?
