Can I gain access to my original return after I sent my amended return to the IRS? They need my original return and I cannot access it

I received a letter asking for my original return. They cannot process my amended return until they receive the original and they have not received it and I cannot access it on TurboTax. Please help

If you did not save a pdf of the original return before you amended, it is gone. The screen tells you to do that.
