If you e-filed the 2019 federal tax return there will be an Electronic Postmark Report included in the PDF download if you used the online editions. It will have the date/time the tax return was transmitted and the date the IRS accepted the tax return, if accepted.
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the 2019 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
If you e-filed then there will be an electronic postmark with the pdf you saved. If you mailed it.....nope, unless you have a receipt from certified mail, etc. showing that it was mailed.
And....why? Is the IRS saying you did not file a return? Or are you having to prove it to a lender, etc.? Who wants the proof?
Or do they say that you did not pay your tax due? Your only proof that you paid would be your own bank or credit card record.
Or.....look for a transcript or look at your IRS online account.
You can get a free transcript from the IRS:
