What happens when you try to download the return?
I'm unable to download my return and written across what appears to be a completed return is "Do Not File"! yet I was informed it was filed and accepted by the IRS. Need a copy in case I have to communicate with the IRS.

I'll assume you used Online TurboTax. The PDF available at the Tax Home/Your Tax Returns & Documents may not be current. Try this method to get the most up-to-date copy by opening the filed return and going to the Print Center.
NOTE: When you open your return interview back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
