Can I file my Federal only since I've already filed & had my State accepted?

Your federal return has already been e-filed.  You could not have e-filed the State tax return if the federal tax return was not e-filed.

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Did you do the state return somewhere else?  But probably anywhere you go you have to file federal first to file state.

See if you already filed federal from Turbo Tax

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

You can try to file federal and state.  If you already filed then a second time will reject.
