Can I file my joint return and my daughter's return without paying twice?

You absolutely can with the CD/Download version. There are some differences between Online and Desktop:

TurboTax CD/Download:

• 5 federal e-files included at no extra charge
• 1 state return included in purchase (except in Basic)
• Manage your own data (no online storage) 
• Forms Mode - view specific forms and worksheets before transmitting your return

TurboTax Online or Mobile*:

• My Tax Timeline - save your prior (and current) year returns online
• Automatically up-to-date forms
• 1 federal return per user ID/login
• No Forms Mode view
• No state return included
