Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2018 returns is now permanently closed. You had until midnight on October 15 to finish and attempt to e-file; if your e-file was rejected you had until 3 a.m. Pacific time on October 21 to make corrections and re-file. Now it is too late to e-file. If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2018 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device).
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday Pacific time.
The return cannot be e-filed. You will need to print, sign and mail it in.
Who did you get an email from? You wouldn't have received an email about 2018 at this late date. Maybe it is for 2019? If you have another account you would get an email about not filing 2019 in the other account.
It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Or was it a reject email for 2019 because the 2018 AGI was wrong?
