Can I do cumulative 10 year div/tax paid and report it with the 2016 1040, instead of amending 3 years 1040?

9 years div not report since each year was minimal under 300 and was not required to report.   Only realize this year the tax was paid on the divs/year.

No, IRS does not allow you to combine years.  You must file amended returns and report each dividend in the year earned.

To correct a return that has already been filed and accepted by the IRS, you must file an amended return.
