Can i depreciate my car on my state return for my financial planner business if i depriciated it on my federal return
If you've already depreciated your car once on your federal, you don't need to depreciate it again for state: the state goes off the adjusted gross income, which already has your depreciation figured in.
Some states have different depreciation than the federal. If you live in a state that does, Turbo Tax takes that into account.
