Yes, you can correct this, but it depends as to when you will correct.  If your return has not yet been submitted for e-filing, you may reenter into your account and correct now.  However, if you did send the return, you will have to wait until the return is rejected.  It should be rejected, because the IRS will not accept an e-filed return with the incorrect birthdate.  Then you will enter back into your return, correct the date, and resubmit.
