Can i change my direct deposit account details

my return is accepted and payment was issued but my bank returned it. what can i do

The IRS will mail the refund check to the address entered on the tax return.

How about if i want it to be resent to me as direct deposit.

Once the tax return has been filed and accepted by the IRS the method of receiving the tax refund cannot be changed.
