If you have already e-filed you cannot change how you want to receive your refund. If you have NOT e-filed then you can choose how you want to receive your refund in the FILE section.

Yes but only before you file. If you already filed it is too late. And you can't have the fees deducted from your refund unless you get Direct Deposit.

To change how to get your refund or pay the fees go through the File tab again.
