Can i change an answer on my return that is not filed yet?

i clicked on yes for the 1095-a I should have clicked no

Yes, you can change your answer to that question if you have not filed yet.   Search for ACA and use the Jump to ACA link to go back to that section.   You'll want to go back there, answer Yes again so that you can see the form to delete it.  Then you'll return and answer No.  

1. On the screen Before we ask about Form 1095-A, we need to ask about some other information, indicate whether you received or were approved to receive unemployment in 2021 and Continue
2. Answer Yes on the next screen, Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? and Continue
3. You should see the Form 1095-A that was started, click on the Delete (trash can icon) button (see image)
4. Confirm the deletion
5. Search for ACA again to go back to the beginning of the 1095-A section, but this time answer No

There was no delete or trash icon .

when I go back to the Page it still has the wrong answer showing .

   To change your answer, follow these steps: 

1. Open your return, type 1095-a in the search box, click on the Jump to 1095-a on top of the search results.
2. Answer the question on the next screen
3. On the following screen, you will be able to edit or delete the form you want to.
