Can I cancel my state filing when amending my 2024 return?

I am not able to amend my 2024 return without filing my state return here, which I don't want to do.

Yes, you can Amend only your Federal return. After finishing your federal amendment, TurboTax asks if you want to amend your state; just say No.

You cannot cancel it but you can tell TurboTax that you printed and mailed it even though you did not.  I don't know if you will be able to efile after you amend.  You may have to print and mail state when you are ready to file it.
