Yes. There is no physical limit to the number of time you can install from the CD. The license allows you to use the CD version for "personal use". We usually say that means family and maybe close friends. You are not allowed to charge to prepare returns for people, and the limitation that only the first 5 tax returns can be e-filed comes from the IRS, not Turbotax.
