Can I apply my refund to my 2020 taxes?

Yes, you can. For federal. click on Other Tax Situations, scroll down to Apply Refund to Next Year, and click Start.

For state taxes, click through until you get to Estimated Taxes screen, click through until you get to Apply Overpayment screen.
