Can I amend my taxes again if I already amended them once?

I amended it first to correct information on a mortgage. Now my ex husband is letting me claim our other child. I'm wondering if you can amend taxes twice?

Please remember to mail the amended forms in to the IRS.

TurboTax will print an instruction form for mailing when you print your amendment.

I forgot to add dependent to my tax return for this year. In which would be the 5th child. Should I amend my tax return? Or would it not make a difference to do so?
