Can I amend my tax returns for 2020 and 2021 to claim ERC and where do I fill out for it

I am an uber\lyft driver and I have found information that I am eligible for the credit but I never applied for it.  How do I amend return to apply for this credit ?

I am unable to find a form for this when I amend the return.

The employee retention credit is a credit against wages, so unless you are filing as a corporation and paid yourself wages that were reported on a W-2 form, you would not be eligible for an employee rention credit. Also, the credit would appear on your payroll tax return, not on your personal income tax return.
