Can I amend my 2019 Federal taxes? I tried but it was rejected saying 1040X line 10 column C needs to match the number on the 1040. Currently it is blank on my 1040X.

You have to get to the base root of the issue ... you cannot simply change a number on the form in the online version ... so what is in columns A & B of line 10 ?    Where does the column C amount come from ?  Which form/line?

It is on the 1040X under Tax Liability. Line 10 (Other Taxes).  Column A was original amount of 0.  Column B is Net change of 0.  Column C is supposed to show Correct amount which should also be ) but it is just blank.  The amended return rejected because it said that has to match but I don't know how to get a 0 in that field.

The amended program for efiling has many glitches right now since it is so new ... sadly your only option will be to mail in the return in this case. 

Call TT support to see if a fix is in the works yet if you wish to ride out this issue ...
