Can I add W2s to my 2017 taxes if I already filed?

After your original filing is accepted and you have received your income then you will have to complete an amended return (one for state taxes, too) and mail them in.  You will very likely owe some money with the addition of the additional W2s so hold onto your refund until you work that through.

You are misunderstanding something!  Whatever you did did not affect what the IRS is working on!  Assuming they didn't reject your e-filing, they are working on the version you e-filed.  You introduce any changes means doing a 1040X amended return and mailing it in.

But I just filed them yesterday and got 2 more w2s today? So lets say I get my return of 1500 I will have to wait for the other 1500 because I added w2s a day later?

It's more likely that you will owe some of the first refund back.  But, in any event, you have to wait for the first refund, print sign and mail the 1040X form, with copies of the new W2s attached, and wait several months for the IRS to process that change.  It is impossible to submit changes electronically.
