can i add my banking info to my returns it said that my credit karma account is where the irs will send my money??

ni I have not and I was trying to add it in the irs website I can't get any updates on the website or anything

Once you have filed your return, you can't change your banking info.  Look at the 'Filing Instructions' page of your PDF copy of your return to see the banking info for your return.  If the IRS can't deposit your refund to the account shown on your return, they'll mail a check to the address on your return.

If you got a message from the IRS that you need to add a bank account and can't get into your IRS account, call them at 800-829-1040.
