Can I access a TurboTax product to file federal and state returns for tax years 2008 through 2017?

TurboTax only supports it's products for the current tax year and 3 year back. Any older than that, and you can't get the "required" updates and corrections to the program. Basically, you'll be better off seeking professional help. Especially if your state taxes personal income and you need to deal with state taxes back to 2008 too.
