Can anyone using It's Deductible tell me how to list items I value? Do I have to enter each item individually with a new date each time so I have a long list?

I have several donated items not included in It's Deductible. Right now I'm adding each one individually and it ends up being a long list (same date for each item). I seem to remember being able to value items where they were included on same date (one total with what they valued and a second total with my values). Would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.

Yes, you can group together similar items and value them as a group if they were donated to the same charity on the same date.

For example, say you donated 15 hardback books. You can just list that as one item with the description "15 hardback books"  and the value as 15 X $2 = $30 total value.

Things that aren't similar should be listed separately. Don't group together a toaster with a kitchen table set.
