Can anyone tell me whats up with this?/ Refund Loan

I see there’s been an update to your 2022 federal tax filing!

As of January 25, 2023, the IRS accepted your return and issued a refund in the amount of.....

I filed to get the RAL, I got the credit karma card no money there, however it clearly states I have been issued a refund. Any suggestions? I've spent all afternoon speaking with turbotax, credit karma, my bank...etc. 

Im up for almost anything at this point...

Do you know what refund method you chose? If you chose the Credit Karma Visa or checking account, you can contact them to see when it will be deposited.

I called them and turbotax no one seems to know where my money is I was curious to if anyone else was having the same issue.

Please visit the IRS' Where's my refund website to check the status of your refund.  It may include information about your refund that TurboTax is not privy to.
