Can anyone tell me what file I need to file a2022 and a 2023 tax return. I'm single homeless, and no dependants,and haven't worked in a long time.

If you do not have any type of taxable income to report on a tax return there is no need or reason to file a tax return.

Unless you also received a Form 1095-A for your health insurance through one of the State Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov then you must file a tax return.
