@crazyamandajo222 Check your online account with the IRS and check the IRS refund site to see what it says about your 2020 refund. The fact that your fees were paid to TurboTax does not necessarily mean that the refund was issued by the IRS. When you chose to have your fees taken from your refund, you signed an agreement that said if it took the IRS too long to issue your refund, or if the IRS did not issue/reduced your refund, that your fees could be taken out of your bank account. Is that what happened? Did they take your fees out because it took so long?
TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
