Can anyone help me? i accidentally hit "print" for my NYS return and now it won't let me go back and efile

I efiled federal and can not get back in to efile state, it just says it was printed

In order to transmit your state return when the federal has already been e=filed, you will need to wait for the federal return to be accepted.
