If I want to delete dependents and amend my taxes when can I print them?

Yes.

You will have the option of printing and mailing, rather than e-filing, when you have finished with the amended return.

always print your original return before amending , your revised return after amending (two copies)

and your form 1040-X.

Review all carefully before submitting Form 1040-X.
