California Tax refund: I have been waiting since 1/18/18. I got my federal back on 1/31. Tried talking to California FTB and they were no help. Anybody have any ideas?

I normal for state returns to remain in pending status several days after the federal return has already been accepted/approved. This is especially common when e-filing first opens in January or early February.

NOTE: Your state return will not transmit until all the forms and schedules included in the return are available for filing, some of the forms are on delay this year. (See below under Related Information for the links).
