Both State and Federal were accepted on April 25th and I still haven’t received anything, is this normal for it to take this long?

The IRS states that most refunds are issued within 21 days of being accepted if you e-file & choose direct deposit.  It seems you should have received something by now unless your return is under review. Since your returns have been accepted, you would need to check with the IRS & your state for information about your refund.
