Billing issues return of payment. Want to purchase and file on line, as usual. But got Download version, billed and sent, for 2017 and need a refund. Not downloaded.

You will need to set up a contact with TurboTax by following the steps below:

1. Log into your return
2. Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
3. Click on Contact us (See the screenshot below)
4. Give an explanation of what you need help with.
   
5. Select "Get a callback"
6. Enter your telephone number, name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
7. Click on the Call me button (Just below the Call me button, you will see an estimate of the wait time for your call back.)
