I am trying to file my taxes and found out in Feb. 2017 that someone claimed me on their taxes without me knowing and now I can't get my taxes file because of this illegal action. I need help

How do I claim my home sale if I'm married filing separately? We are splitting the taxes. Do I claim half the sale price, half sale expenses, half home improvement costs?
